Samantha is a Counsellor who completed a Bachelor of Applied Social Science, majoring in Counselling from Alphacrucis University.

 

She is passionate about the power of play (especially in adulthood!), the role of relationships and in helping clients take control of their own circumstance and identifying resources at their disposal to help find sustainable solutions.

Samantah works from a strength-based and integrative perspective.  Her desire is to help clients be the experts of their own lives and find meaning and solutions that are achievable for them.

Samantha has also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Child Centred Play Therapy, and is registered with the Play Therapist Practitioners Association. Additionally, Samantha previously completed a Bachelor of Teaching specialising in Early Childhood Education through the University of New England. Since then, Samantha has worked across various settings working with predominately children and young adults in education settings, community services and in clinical and private practice in Australia. 

 

Outside of work Samantha shares a passion for the beach, animals, great musicals, and a good coffee!
